THE PRACTICE

Less improvement, more awareness. Less effort, more depth.


This is the practice.

It’s not about becoming something or someone else - but about meeting yourself, fully, as you are…


Effortless Everything is my invitation, through the vast study of yoga, to evolve - to experience life fully… to FEEL it all!


I teach kriya-informed, classical yoga rooted in the Himalayan Vedic lineage - Sattva Yoga - yogic practices and techniques drawn from ancient Himalayan traditions that unify body, mind, and breath. Sattva means to be whole, unitfied, integrated, and in truth.


Through an integrated practice of movement (asana & free movement), breath work (pranayama), kriya (evolutionary action), and contemplation, we meet what’s felt - not to change it, but to allow clarity, openness, and for trust to emerge… EFFORTLESSLY 🤍


Many people go through life unaware of how they breathe, move, feel, or navigate their days - until they’re forced to pay attention. 

Stress hits in subtle and overwhelming ways - leaving us fatigued, clouding the mind, and pulling us out of the present moment. But stress isn’t just mental; it settles in the physical body too, affecting the breath, creating tension in muscles, tissues and posture, negatively influencing our internal systems like digestion and immunity, and gradually disrupting the body’s natural balance. Left unattended, this tension can slowly build, leading to dis-ease and imbalance throughout the body.


Awareness is the fundamental practice: a gentle return to the body, the breath, and to what actually IS - the present moment. It's the quiet knowing that steadies us, anchors us, and reminds us that we can meet life as it is - just as it is, and as we are.


We begin here... with the breath - the doorway to a regulated, integrated life. When we take conscious control of our breath, we take conscious control of our nervous system, our stress responses, and ultimately our lives. It’s not mystical or woo - it’s scientific and real, and it works in every moment!


My work centres on nervous system regulation and refinement, cultivating an ethical and curious relationship with inner experience, and integrating the practices into the rhythms of everyday life and living.


Each session is unique, just like you! 

Here, the practice meets you where you truly are - not where you think you should be 🤍


It’s not about feeling better, but about becoming better at feeling.

It’s not about looking better, reaching perfection, or striving for more… but about responding - refining our relationship to Self, effort, strength, discipline, and resilience.


Through consistency of practice we stay anchored - adapting gracefully to life’s natural changes, rhythms and inevitable ups and downs.
